Natasha Kofoworola Quist

Natasha Kofoworola Quist is the founder of Quest Advisory Africa. She has spent over two decades in West, Central and Southern Africa. She has advised governments, led multi-country portfolios, and overseen operations for organisations including the Gates Foundation, Save the Children, Oxfam, and WWF. Her focus areas — gender equity, climate resilience, and sustainable development — mirror the shifts redefining Africa’s development agenda.

Richard Addy

Richard Addy stands out is his ability to translate complexity into clarity, a skill refined over more than 25 years advising leaders across media, government, philanthropy, and multilateral institutions. As a multi award-winning strategist and former UK Government economist, he has worked at the centre of how information, policy, and public perception intersect. As co-founder of AKAS, the audience strategy consultancy, Richard has guided purpose-driven organisations in the UK and globally using a mix of strategic insight, data, behavioural understanding, and narrative intelligence. He is recognised as one of the world’s Top 100 media experts.

Yacine Djibo

Yacine Djibo is the Founder and Executive Director of Speak Up Africa, where her advocacy has reshaped policy conversations on health, sanitation, and sustainable development across the continent. Over the past decade, she has built the organisation into a force known for driving political will, mobilising resources, and translating complex health challenges into solutions that work for African communities. Her leadership sits at the intersection of policy influence, behavioural change, and public health strategy.

Nicolas Pompigne-Mognard

Nicolas Pompigne-Mognard, Founder and Chairman of APO Group, has spent the past two decades building one of Africa’s most influential communications platforms as a trusted engine behind how information about the continent moves. Under his leadership, APO Group has become a pan-African powerhouse serving more than 300 clients, including governments, global institutions, major corporates, and the continent’s leading sports bodies. He was named one of the 100 Most Influential Africans by New African magazine in 2023 and 2024.

Anshi Saminaden

Anshi Saminaden is Senior Legal Counsel at the African Leadership University, where she combines legal precision with cross-sector insight drawn from roles in the not-for-profit education space and in major conglomerates spanning agriculture, property development, investment management, and leisure. A graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University and called to the Bars of England and Wales and Mauritius, she is known for her commitment to strengthening African organisations from the inside out. Her work is also grounded in creativity: in June 2025, she wrote and directed a play featuring 60 children, reflecting her belief that purpose and imagination are deeply connected.

Ferdinand Mokete

Ferdinand Mokete is a Director at KPMG with more than twelve years of experience in the audit profession, serving large and medium-sized private and public sector clients across the financial services landscape. His work sits at the intersection of governance, risk, and institutional accountability.

He contributes to several SAICA initiatives focused on ethical standards, skills development, and the future of audit in South Africa. His passion for learning and leadership extends into the classroom: he is a former part-time lecturer and a current MBA guest lecturer at Wits Business School, where he brings real-world rigour to the next generation of business leaders. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Wits University and a Bachelor of Laws from UNISA.

Françoise Moudouthe

Françoise Moudouthe is an African feminist first and always. As CEO of the African Women’s Development Fund, she leads the continent’s foremost feminist fund, supporting thousands of women’s rights organisations whose work strengthens communities, advances freedom, and expands opportunity for African women and girls. She is also the founder and strategic advisor of Eyala, an online platform dedicated to amplifying African feminist voices. Françoise’s leadership has been recognised globally. She is a Young Global Leader (Class of 2022) and a Skoll Fellow (2024).

Nousrath Bhugeloo

Nousrath Bhugeloo is the Executive Chairperson of Nexus Global Financial Services, a role that places her at the crossroads of investment, governance, and Africa’s fast-evolving business landscape. With more than twenty years in corporate services and cross-border structuring, she has worked closely with multinationals, funds, family offices, and entrepreneurs navigating the complexities of operating across African markets. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute, holds an Executive MBA from Essex Business School, and remains a strong voice in women-in-business networks.
